Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy requires our merchants that:

  1. Any purchase of a product or service in digital format must be delivered immediately and the end user must be automatically notified when the purchase is confirmed by our service.
  2. Any purchase of a physical product must be delivered to the end user within the deadlines established by the seller on its website in a clear and written manner.
    Once our system confirms that the purchase was successful, the end user must receive a notification by email, whatsapp or similar with the tracking information of the purchase.

How do I request a refund?

You can ask for a refund according to these 2 ways:

  1. Contact the seller, indicate the problem about your purchase, provide proof of charges received and the confirmation email of your purchase so that seller can send your claim to our support team and thus be able to make the refund.
  2. Contact our support team at: [email protected] indicating the reason for requesting the refund. In the email you must attach proof of payment, purchase code received and website where purchase was made.
