Anti-spam policy
- Spam is forbidden as a promotional tool, in any form and through any means.
- Clients of e-Payouts may not send users communications of any kind, form or medium, physical or digital, unless they can prove that the recipient requested or authorised them beforehand.
- By way of example, and without limitation, the Client must bear in mind that:
- Spam is any form of unsolicited advertising by email, newsgroups, IRC messages or instant messaging systems, and any other form of communication or promotion that Internet practice regards as such.
- For an email address to be added to an authorised list, the recipient must have agreed to it, and the Client must provide e-Payouts, when asked, with the originating IP, the name and other details of the recipients, where possible their physical address, and the source from which the email address was obtained. In all cases the recipient must have expressly consented to receive the message, either in response to a clear and evident request for that consent or on their own initiative (current or former customers).
- Communications must contain clear and accurate information, must not be misleading, and the sender must be real and clearly identifiable. The recipient must always be able to contact the sender.
- Every communication must include, clearly and visibly, an email address or another mechanism through which the recipient can ask not to receive further promotional messages. That mechanism must remain active for at least 30 calendar days after the original message is sent. Unsubscribe requests must be honoured immediately where possible and, at the latest, within 5 calendar days of receipt.
- The Client must comply in every respect with all applicable regulations in the countries where the communications are sent, including data protection and commercial communications rules.
- Breaching these rules results in the suspension or cancellation of the Client's account and the retention of the balances needed to cover any resulting damages, fines or claims, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, and the Client may not open new accounts.
